LangEquip.com uses cookies to track your visit at our store. The cookie does not gather any information from your computer or profile your system.

2. What organization is collecting your information?
At LangEquip.com we collect and store your information in our secure and confidential database. Intermediaries are used only to handle credit card processing and product fulfillment. A 3rd party credit card verification company handles all credit card processing. Orders are processed and shipped by only the most reputable suppliers of our products/services.

3. How do we use your information?
Your personal information is used solely for: Tracking your visit at LangEquip.com, processing and shipping your order, and being able to contact you - either at your request, or because of an issue with your order. We use this information to stay informed about our customers’ needs and to make sure we are offering the best products and services available. Your telephone number is used only if we have questions or need to reach you immediately regarding your order.

We do not store credit card information on our site, nor does our 3rd party credit card verification company. This information is always requested on a purchase-by-purchase basis and it is used to process your order only. Your name, address, telephone, email, and shipping address all remain private in our secure database.

4. With whom will your information be shared?
We will never share or sell your personal information, including your email address, to other companies for any reason, except as required by law, or unless authorized in writing by you.

5. What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of the information?
In order to complete any request/order/service, it is necessary for you to enter a minimum amount of information. The required fields of entry are always marked as such. All other fields are optional. You always have the option of entering your credit card information on our site or calling one of our Customer Care Representatives to provide it over the phone.

6. SSL Technology
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is presently the safest way to send credit card information over the Internet. Information is first encrypted on your computer, and then decrypted on our side, preventing anyone from accessing any information in between. To ensure your security, we recommend the use of SSL-capable browsers, like Netscape 3.0 or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher. LangEquip.com utilizes Thawte Secure Site Services. Thawte Secure Site Services include Server IDs (SSL certificates), which, when installed on a Web server, authenticate sites to visitors and encrypt information (credit card, personal, etc.) transmitted over the Internet.

7. Passwords
While registering for a Registered Shopper Account, you’ll be asked to provide a personal password of your choice. This password will be used for all future access to your account. For security reasons, we cannot assign a password for you, nor can we provide it to you over the phone in case you forget it. If you do happen to forget your password or login your password incorrectly, simply click on the 'EMAIL MY PASSWORD' button. We will delete your current password from our files and email you a randomly generated password. Once you log in with this password, you will have the opportunity to customize a new password in order to regain access to your Account.

8. Correct/Update Policy
LangEquip.com offers you the ability to correct or change the information you submitted during MEMBER registration and/or Checkout at any time and as often as necessary. You can access and change it from the ‘Continue Checkout’ page during the checkout phase of the buying process or once you initially log in to your account.
